These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and True North Travels ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the truenorthtravels.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site").
You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with all of these Terms of Service, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and you must discontinue use immediately.
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws of the Canada, international copyright laws, and international conventions.

When you book a tour through our Site, you are entering into a contract with True North Travels for the provision of travel services. All bookings are subject to availability at the time of booking.
We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.
To secure your booking, a deposit (typically 20% of the total tour price) is required at the time of booking. The balance payment is due 60 days prior to the tour departure date, unless otherwise specified in your booking confirmation.
For bookings made within 60 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.
All payments are processed securely through our payment processors. By providing your payment details, you warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
All prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors on our Site. If you have been quoted an incorrect price, we will contact you before proceeding with your booking.

We reserve the right to cancel any tour due to insufficient participants, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, you will be offered:
True North Travels is not responsible for any incidental expenses or consequential losses that you may have incurred as a result of your booking, such as visas, vaccinations, non-refundable flights, or loss of enjoyment.
We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover trip cancellation, medical emergencies, personal accidents, personal baggage, and other expenses. Travel insurance should be purchased at the time of booking to provide coverage in case of cancellation.
True North Travels is not responsible for any expenses incurred due to travel delays, flight cancellations, medical emergencies, or other unexpected events not covered by your travel insurance.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall True North Travels, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, that result from the use of, or inability to use, the Site or any travel services.
We do not assume responsibility for any physical or personal injuries, illness, death, loss, accident, delay, inconvenience, irregularity, damages, costs and expenses, and any other damage or loss of any kind whatsoever and however suffered, undergone or incurred arising out of, or in any way connected with the tours, transportation, accommodation, activities, or other services provided.
Adventure travel, by its nature, involves an element of risk and unpredictability. You participate in all tours and activities at your own risk and must make your own decisions regarding your suitability and capability to participate in tour activities.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless, including our subsidiaries, affiliates, and all of our respective officers, agents, partners, and employees, from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses, made by any third party due to or arising out of:
Notwithstanding the foregoing, we reserve the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify us, and you agree to cooperate, at your expense, with our defense of such claims. We will use reasonable efforts to notify you of any such claim, action, or proceeding which is subject to this indemnification upon becoming aware of it.
These Terms of Service shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Site.
WITHOUT LIMITING ANY OTHER PROVISION OF THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, we reserve the right to, in our sole discretion and without notice or liability, deny access to and use of the Site (including blocking certain IP addresses), to any person for any reason or for no reason, including without limitation for breach of any representation, warranty, or covenant contained in these Terms of Service or of any applicable law or regulation.

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Canada and the Province of British Columbia. True North Travels and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of British Columbia shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
